Had an amazing risoto al funghi at small Italian restaurant in Prague, outstanding. Last night spent a small fortune on a duck made to a traditional recipe. It was very good, can’t complaint, but the best of the meal was an Italian expresso, guess Sigofredo. Just embarassing that the little drink at the end was the highlight. It’s amazing how the Italian cuisine has penetrated the food scene in Prague. It seems that Italian chefs are loved everywhere. I spent the weekend in Prague, at a cute hotel (Ventana). City is a little marvel. Are you watching soccer? Italians will be going crazy about their national team very soon. You must be on top of things there. Beijos.
Hey those are great pic’s. No worries for any lack of creativity…they are cool on their own. At least you get great tomatoes…here there is a big salmonella scare so no tomatoes!! Cool pasta…how did you make it. was it weird to eat!!! oh, the gelato was so adorable….we never had anything served to us like that in Rome!! keep up the pics
